Ticketing information

In order to print tickets, the operator Milano-sportservices s.r.l must receive all relevant identification information of consuming customer (First and Last names, date of birth, nationality (or for Italian residents, city, province and region of residency) and document ID.

The issuance of tickets is subject to authorization by competent security services and individual Clubs; the conditions of issuance being subject to change at any moment Milano-sportservices s.r.l cannot assume responsibility for non-availability of tickets.

Tickets will be sent electronically or, exceptionally, in paper form at least 5 days before the event. For AC Milan and specific games, Milano-sportservices s.r.l will issue vouchers as a substitute for paper tickets; in these cases, tickets can be obtained at the stadium by presenting the voucher (vouchers will specify exact location of redemption).

Conditions of Use

To effect transactions, users must be 18 years of age.

Date & Time of Games

Scheduling is subject to changes, particularly with respect to television broadcasting rights, scheduling of competing UEFA and other events. Generally, the date and time are definitive about 15 days before the event. We always suggest that clients verify scheduling status before the event. This site will update conditional and definitive status on a continuous basis.

Rates

All rates are in Euro and include all relevant costs (VAT, ticket issuance, eventual shipping of tickets at least 5 days before the event)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations that are due to security authority decisions will be fully refunded. If the event is fully or partially cancelled for unforeseen events (such as atmospheric conditions, public disorder, strikes), the nominal value of tickets will be refunded if authorized by the event organiser.

Privacy

All data collected by Milano-sportservices s.r.l will be handled in full compliance with EU privacy laws. The operators and owners do not collect any data regarding payment, aside from confirmation or refusal of transaction by the processing bank

Data is collected for the sole purposes of completing transactions according to applicable rules and regulations and to provide support information to clients.

Simply stated, no data will be transferred, sold, shared, ceded, exchanged or offered to third parties.

Browsing data 

All data communicated to and from our servers is securely encrypted via SSL and has received A+ certification from independent third party site https://www.ssllabs.com.

To properly conclude a transaction, session data must be maintained through the use of cookies. A single cookie will gather data such as the user identification, the pages visited, browser and operating system in use, time of access and referring sites. No other cookies are installed. Users can delete them from their browsers at their convenience. All data is encrypted and securely transmitted.

As the information remains limited to the use-case of effecting transactions and is not transferred, sold, shared, ceded or offered to third parties, the information cannot be crossed referenced to other data or consumption patterns; the only identification data is that which is actually submitted.
